2024 was the year we discovered that teams will use, and continue to use (4 unique or recurring days at a given period, on average), full office suites in landlord buildings... if they are sold by the day.

This gave companies greater choice and flexibility to hold "office days" on the days they want, without any commitment, long contracts, deposits, and co-working companies on their fractional office use.

This translated to 100% office utilization rates by these companies.
